It's that time, Gators! Go to the Meet Info tab and declare your swimmers and sign up for jobs for the Clinton County meet.  If your swimmer isn't participating, still go to the Signup Calendar to declare "not Attending". This helps the coaches know that you aren't planning on participating. (Remember, you cannot declare your swimmer in the app. You must use the gvrcgators.swimtopia.com link.) There is an option to select the individual events that your swimmer would like to swim. You may choose 2 or 3 individual events. If you are unsure of which ones to choose...never fear...our trusty coaches can assign events. Just leave the events unchecked. You may write a note to clarify availibility or preference.

Download the Swimtopia app anyway. You will be able to see your swimmer's events and times in the app! Such a great way to follow them! Please read the content on the Meet Info page, Meet 101, and How to Read a Heat Sheet. Most of the information that you need will be there. Calendar and meets

We've extended the meet declaration deadline for next Tuesday meet, and it will close Saturday night in order to give the coaches time to verify and edit requests. Clinton County pool will be expecting our info early next week. 

Typically, we will close the meet entries by Friday noon and Monday noon for Tuesday and Thursday meets, respectively.  If you have a last-minute change and your swimmer cannot attend but is set to swim events, please email [email protected] so that we can put another swimmer in any open relay slots.
