2026 Meet Schedule

Meets are scheduled, and the signups will soon be open! Please declare your swimmers as soon as you know that they will be available. Sign-ups will close on Friday for the following Tuesday and Thursday meets. If you miss the declaration deadline, expect that your swimmer may not have a spot in relays, as the coaches may have already assigned spots. Please let us know as soon as possible if your swimmer will not be swimming in a meet as you had planned and if the entries have closed.

You may request your swimmer's events when declaring them. The coaches will try their best to honor those requests, but they also may want your swimmer to try a stroke that they have been working on in practice. If you do not know which strokes your swimmer is ready to swim, the coaches can enter their events into the computer (however, your swimmer must already be declared as "attending"). Please write a note in the entry area if you have special requests or if you will not be staying for the entire meet. Click How to Declare Your Swimmer for Meets for video tutorial for sign-ups.

Review the Swim Meet 101 resource to help your swimmer know what to expect during the meets and know Individual medley (IM) and medley relay stroke order.

Job Signups

Don't forget to add your name to the job signup. Each family will need to volunteer for jobs equaling a total of 5 points. For more information on job roles see Mandatory Team Support Job Descriptions. For Questions or late signups contact Sandy Kubacki ([email protected]) or Abby Wolf.

We always need help filling roles especially with Stroke/Turn Judges and Starters. Find a link under the "Officiating Videos" tab to view videos for stroke and turn as well as starter/referee guidelines.
